Frenzy and Damage Caps
Does the double damage from frenzy bypass the damage caps imposed by skills like Protective Spirit?
If it doesn't, then I have to wonder why I don't see more warriors using it in PvE, since a good monk will keep that on you 24/7. |

more a pvp skill.. don't think it does bypass prot spirit- could be wrong but I think it still caps at 10% of your health for one hit
try something like this.. love running a non adren warrior like hundred blades, burst of agression, ural's hammer, and dwarven stability you can keep that up all the time easy with a zealous sword.. go all strength and add in signet of strength and "I am the strongest" for extra damage you can add in wild blow as the 8th skill if your going after whirling mobs.. it's lazy and easy but that's what most warriors like or run warriors endurance and play with zealous weps.. you can knock the nuts off the sides of their face every swing |

No it does not. PS will still protect you. You don't see more warriors using it in PvE because (a) they are bad, and (b) their monks are bad.

Because flail lasts longer, doesnt' cost energi and is perfectly fine for PvE. In PvE you can easily see when a monster is "locked" onto you and when its' stalking someone else, so its pretty easy to know when to use it and when not to. Thereby not sayong frenzy is a bad alternative, but for most situation flail does the job just as good, and you also wont need to maintain ps or being overly protted to prevent explosion.

Most of the time heroes are left to do the healing job and they don't know about frenzy. In the rare time you have a human monk... I think they will more likely to leave your party if you pretend them to keep protective spirit on you the whole time...

You will still lose 10% like Eragon said.. Which should be 60-70 dmg..
Frenzy is just bad in PvE.. If you want to be effective, use Red Rock Candies+AoHM+Asuran Scan/BUH+SY and a scythe.. Cheers |
